


Recipes:
- Tuna orzo salad
- Sesame udon noodles
Cook 8 oz (or however much you want to make.) udon or soba noodles. Immediately run under cold water when done. Amy prefers udon since they don't get as mushy as the soba noodles.
Whisk together 2 tbl. dark sesame oil
2-3 tbl soy sauce
1 teas. honey
1-2 thinly sliced scallions.
Mix all together.
Amy added toasted sesame seeds and a wee bit of wasabi, mixed to taste. You can also add some steamed broccoli.
